No, our shop operates exclusively online.
However, we offer the possibility to come and make your selections in person by appointment, with a pre-established choice.

All our parcels are insured, and a tracking number is added to your order, accessible from your member area.

Pickup Orders at Warehouse
During the ordering process, you will have the option to choose to pick up your order at our warehouse located at:

After receiving confirmation that your order is ready, please schedule an appointment to pick it up.
All necessary information for retrieving your order will be provided once your order is finalized and paid for in your virtual cart.

The item must be returned in its original condition via Canada Post, with insurance and a tracking number.
Any damaged product will not be exchanged if our team determines upon arrival that the damage occurred without fault of Canada Post.
