I developed this deck of forty-eight cards because I myself experimented with it in its beta form by writing down and rereading key phrases in my notebooks every day.
These phrases have always done me the greatest good, and I thought they would do you too.
The Stop-O-Stress game is so titled because I myself have a diagnosis of autism and suffer from generalized anxiety disorder.
I have been developing these sentences for two years now without knowing that I could make a game out of them.
